Healers

Healers is a a series of assemblage pieces created by Erinn Kathryn during her residency at the museum. Trained as a painter, her work has evolved to encompass landscape-based work and installations, often based on topical themes such as social justice and climate change. During her June 2021 residency, she experimented with a more spontaneous approach, letting the materials in the museum's archive suggest the outcome. The result was a series of female icons (figurative work is rare for her) that will live as helpful companions in her studio.
