The Floater and the Brancher

home

An exhibit from the Cybernetic Aquarium

A complementary pair of organisms, one composed of circles, the other made up of line segments.

The floater can move about, but it floats aimlessly. Its means of expression is its ever-changing color patterns. The brancher is rooted to one spot and spends its time in an endless dance with an apparently inexhaustible variety of poses.
